Pizza
This twist on pizza is a favorite in our house:
​
Cut English muffins in half and place on a cookie sheet.
​
Sprinkle with Yolo Blend olive oil and Italian seasonings.
​
Cover with cheese and let everyone in the house top with their favorite toppings.
​
Cook at 350 degrees until cheese is melted and pizza is hot all the way through (about 15 min.)

Olive Oil Bread Dip
So simple, yet so tasty...

In a dish poor 1/2 cup of your favorite olive oil and 1/2 cup of your favorite balsamic.
​
Add in 2-3 tablespoons of minced and sauteed garlic.
​
Mix quickly and dive in with slices of fresh bread.

Fish
Heat up 1/2 cup of lemon olive oil in a saucepan.

Throw in your favorite fish and saute away.

Cheesy Bread
Start with your favorite flavor loaf of batard bread (we love the garlic) and slice part way through vertically and horizontally with cuts about 1/2 inch apart.

In the slats you have created stuff slices of Gruyere cheese.
​
Drizzle the entire loaf with a plentiful amount of your favorite olive oil and your favorite balsamic (we recommend the fig.)
​
Bake at 350 degrees until cheese is melted and bread is desirably browned.

Pear Salad Dressing
1/2 cup Koroneiki Olive Oil
1/2 cup white wine
1/2 cup white pear balsamic
1 small pear (peeled & sliced)
1 tsp Splenda or sugar
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp salt
1 garlic clove

Place all in a blender and blend until smooth
​
Salad:
1 bag spinach
1/2 cup strawberries
1/2 cup blueberries
1/2 mandarin oranges
1 bag of glazed pecans

Easy Mozzarella Snack
For those that love Caprese Salad, but aren't a fan of tomatoes...We make this wholesome snack with fresh sliced mozzarella, topped with fresh basil and generously drizzled with fig balsamic.
