Blended from small lots of Merlot, Zinfandel, and Cabernet Sauvignon, our grapes are sourced from California's lush Dry Creek Valley. Copper Hill red wine vinegar is slowly aged in oak barrels resulting in bracing acidity that produces a clean, crisp taste.
